Finding free music on the web
Finding free music on the web: a decent wrap-up. Google (for unprotected directories of audio files), the audio/video search engine Singing Fish (whose existence I was unaware of till now), Webjay (for streaming playlists), del.icio.us (with its support for sorting by filetype), Amazon (with its Top Free Music Downloads section) and MP3 blogs (including everyone’s favorite aggregator, Hype Machine) are all covered. Enjoy.
