- Is this the new video iPod? [via]
- Pics: NW-A1000 and NW-A3000 (they do look impressive; read our coverage on Sony’s new WALKMAN line-up) [via]
- Finally, Gates and Real Make Nice (everything looks so much better with $460M in hand; if you don’t remember, RealNetworks was pissed at MS for bundling Windows Media Player with their OS, thus—according to their claims—hurting their business with everyone’s beloved bloatware; the two companies are expected to work together to battle Apple’s supremacy in the digital music scene by promoting Rhapsody—good luck with that)
- Review: Creative Zen Sleek (20GB) (we’ve covered this before: “this is still a very decent, if unexciting, MP3 player” sums it up nicely) [via]
- Apple files patent for an advanced graphic equalizer for iPod and more [via]
- Polk Audio LC265i-IP speakers (“the world’s first active Internet Protocol-ready Loudspeakers”, but $1450 each—oy) [via]
- How vTunes should work (where vTunes is the video equivalent of AirTunes; AppleInsider says an AirPort Express with video-out is coming sooner or later, and duh, this makes sense—I’m more intrigued by the last bit of the post where he says he’s employed a similar solution with a modded Xbox, but that’s not the focus of this site here…) [via]
