Briefly: Memory Stick Micro M2, eDonkey says bye, Nano lanyard DIY, iPodSubwayMaps update, iPhone
- Memory Stick Micro M2, yet another memory format (fruit of collaboration between Sony & SanDisk; measures 15×12.5×1.2mm, ~1/4 the size of a Memory Stick Duo; capacity could theoretically reach 32GB; production should start next year, but we don’t know in what capacities yet; more info, specs etc. over at our friends at NewTech)
- eDonkey Second P2P To Toss In File-Sharing Towel (first WinMX, now this; we want our illegal and highly dangerous to the society file-sharing networks back…)
- NanyardTM Lanyard for iPod Nano (using a spare iPod USB or firewire cable; neat hack, albeit a bit rough around the edges; better than spending 40 bucks on Apple’s lanyard accessory though)
- iPodSubwayMaps needs to pay a $500 license to MTA for the New York maps
- I am not even going to bother linking to the Zander/iPhone newsbit—did we need Zander to tell us that Apple’s iPhone “is only a matter of time”? C’mon.
