Briefly: iPod mini deal, iTunes plugin for Sony Ericsson devices, Keeping your iPod tunes when switching, Rhapsody Radio for Sprint, More iPod nano love
- Deal: Costco sells the 4GB iPod mini for $149.99 (great price)
- Mass Storage Synchronizer is an iTunes plugin for Sony Ericsson devices (these show up as a folder in the iTunes source list, and tracks that your put there from within the program are automatically synced with device; Motorola’s ROKR won’t like this; compatible with the Sony Ericsson Walkman cellphones, Sony Clie PDA and the Sony Ericsson P900/P910 smartphone; plugin is for Windows users only)
- Switching to a Mac – what happens with the tunes on my iPod? (A: they’re not lost, read the instructions)
- Rhapsody Radio goes mobile (“Sprint and RealNetworks have decided to offer streaming music from Rhapsody online to the Sprint PCS Multimedia Vision Service customers. Rhapsody mobile will include streaming podcasts, “Beats N Breaks” and music news and videos.”)
- Playing on the ‘ooh’ factor
Apple’s new iPod Nano elicits consumer lust with its sleek, clever, touchable design (I like the descriptive title) [via]
