Toshiba’s new line of Gigabeat MP3 players

Toshiba Gigabeat F10 (10GB)These were unveiled (via) at CEDIA. Sporting a 2.2-inch QVGA LCD (320×240 pixels), they come in 4 capacities (10/20/40/60GB) and various colors, and they support Windows Media DRM 10 (meaning your tracks from subscription services will play fine). Battery lasts for 16 hours, and it can be recharged either via USB or via the supplied docking craddle. The devices also support Toshiba’s CD RipRec feature, which allows you to just put your audio CD in the computer, press the “Rip” button in the player’s cradle, and the tracks will be ripped and automatically transferred to the device (but in WMA format, boo). They can be managed either via the supplied Gigabeat Room management software, or Windows Media Player 10.
